We got to know Customsbridge through their sales representatives. They gave us a very warm welcome and were attentive to our customs-related issues. They were able to demonstrate the usefulness of their Okiduty product to meet our needs. They guided us clearly and precisely during the implementation of the tool within Kratos.
Okiduty immediately allowed us to address our issues, and even more. This tool centralizes all French customs information and regulations.
Thanks to its user-friendly interface, it is easier for us to find the corresponding HS codes for our products using keywords or an already known HS code. It also improves navigation within the nomenclature tree, providing a clearer and more concise experience.
The tool then describes and informs with a click on all the details for the HS code (clear description/ European RTC submitted/ Product images RTC …). Additionally, it highlights the current customs regulations for the HS code (Rates/ dual-use application/ Anti-dumping rules/…).
Moreover, thanks to the import of our HS code database, Okiduty can set up regulatory monitoring for us, alerting us to any modifications and/or updates associated with our codes (modification of a customs rule, deletion of a code, or replacement of the code by another, etc.).
Today, thanks to Okiduty, we have a solid tool that secures us and allows us to save time in our shipping procedures. The ability to clarify a nomenclature provided by our technical team, verifying the dual-use nature of equipment, and receiving notifications from regulatory monitoring for the nomenclatures in our customs database are real strengths that enhance our credibility as an importer or exporter with our suppliers and clients.
Okiduty allowed us to clear our shipments with customs more quickly, and we also noticed a decrease in the number of shipments held up compared to 2023.
We introduced the tool to our UK and Singapore subsidiaries, who are now dreaming of an international tool to assist them in their customs procedures.
